How do you grasp the attention of pharmacists and physicians alike as regards a product which has been around for a considerable time? The painkiller Panadol is known by most people, yet fewer HCPs and pharmacists are fully aware of the details that make Panadol stand out in the category. The question is how to address these challenges in the context of a face to face meeting between a sales rep and a HCP?

Solution

Vertic designed and build a visually driven e-detail. It showcases the product characteristics of Panadol through interactive graphs, visualization and multimedia. The presentation is empowered through a dynamic menu and the structuring of each slide into 3 layer. Hereby, the sales rep can customize the presentation according to time available, the need for detail, and the maturity of the HCP in terms of buying into the fundamentals of Panadol.
